About the Cyrix-Li-load 24/48V-230A intelligent charge relay
The Victron Energy Cyrix-Li-Load 24/48V-230A (CYR020230450) is a microprocessor-controlled heavy-duty relay designed to protect lithium (LiFePO₄) batteries by disconnecting loads when the VE.Bus BMS signals a low battery or overtemperature condition.
While the Cyrix-Li-Charge manages the charging side, the Cyrix-Li-Load manages the discharge side of a lithium battery installation. It automatically disconnects DC loads when the BMS detects conditions that could damage the batteries, and reconnects when safe conditions are restored.
Rated at 230A continuous current for 24/48V systems, this relay handles high-current load disconnection for larger off-grid and marine installations.
Virtually zero voltage loss across the relay ensures efficient power delivery to loads during normal operation.
