The Victron Orion-Tr 48/24-12A is a 280W isolated DC-DC converter providing full galvanic isolation (200V DC) between input, output, and case. Operating from 32-70 Vdc input with 24V (adjustable 20-30V) output at up to 12A continuous, it achieves 89% efficiency.
