About the 12V/38Ah AGM Super Cycle Batt. (M5)
The Victron 12V/38Ah AGM Super Cycle Battery is engineered for applications requiring frequent deep discharging. While standard deep cycle batteries may last 200-300 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, the Super Cycle range is designed to withstand significantly more deep discharge cycles thanks to its unique electrolyte composition and enhanced plate technology. The battery features very low internal resistance for high-current discharge capability and uses carbon-enhanced negative plates. Lead calcium grids and high-purity materials ensure a self-discharge rate below 2% per month at 20°C. Supplied in a CE and UL compliant ABS fireproof container with M5 bolt terminals. Ideal for marine, RV, solar, and other demanding cycling applications.
